By starting a server using Banabyte LLC resources you agree to our Terms of Service and policies listed below.

  • Server Abuse Policy

  • Refund Policy

  • Waiver of Liability for Data Loss & Corrupted Data

Banabyte LLC being the hostess of this service holds to right to shutdown any server being abused by but not limited to the following means, 

  • Reselling our servers

  • Using our servers for illegal purposes or for anything that violates our TOS

  • Abusing glitches

  • Purposely abusing storage glitches that allow you to use more storage than you have paid for.


Banabyte LLC Terms Of Service

The client/owner of the service is responsible for monitoring storage and ram usage. If a server is found to be using more storage/ram than is allocated, Banabyte LLC holds the right to suspend the server until the issue is fixed. This is by either having the client use fewer resources or upgrading their plan. Banabyte Network holds the right to cancel any services without notice if the client does not resolve their resource issues. If a server is canceled, all data Is deleted and unrecoverable either by the user or Banabyte Network and their staff.


Banabyte LLC has a no-tolerance policy toward staff abuse

Any client or member of the Banabyte LLC is subject to our no-tolerance policy, this is to our staff members are always treated with the respect that they deserve. Any abuse towards staff members can lead to the cancellation of your server or any other services you have with us along with a ban from purchasing any servers in the future.


Copyrighted content

Any copyrighted content is not to be distributed using any of the services supplied by Banabyte LLC. If a server is using copyrighted material the owner of the server needs to own a copy of the copyrighted material. If you purchase a game server you are required to hold a copy of that game, Banabyte LLC has the right to cancel any server running a cracked game version.


Refund Policy

Banabyte LLC does not provide refunds for any servers purchased from Banabyte LLC. The only reason Banabyte LLC will provide a refund is if the product suffers any kind of failure that is the fault of the hoster.


Waiver of Liability for data loss

By purchasing a server or service from Banabyte LLC you waive the right to inflict legal action against Banabyte LLC for loss of data or corruption of files. In the unlikely case that Banabyte LLC suffers a server loss and it is our fault data is lost we will negotiate with server owners to come to a solution.
